Glitter gradient nails

Hi lovely ladies!
These nails are from earlier this week, and as I said in my previous blog post, I've been out of town. So here comes finally some pics taken with my camera.
I didn't have a lot of time when I was painting my nails so I just did a purple glitter gradient using two different glittery polishes. I hope you like it!

Polishes used:
Gina Tricot - 129 Sparkling silver
H&M - Confetti
Lumene Natural Code - 47 Lovely Lavender

Glitter gradient nails

Hi there! I'm just going to quickly post this picture here! These are my nails at the moment. The picture isn't the best, I know. It's taken with my IPhone and is from my Instagram page. :) but I'm out of town without my computer so I'll upload better pictures of these later this week!

Pink dream catcher nails

Hi ladies!
Here comes today's nails, dream catcher nails/ pink-white gradient. I got the idea from a nail art page on istagram and I think the result is so cute! :)

I've used my favourite white nail polish by Isa Dora and a pink one from a market in Thailand. I also tried acrylic paint on my nails for the first time (to make the dream catcher).

Light pink and orange gradient nails

Hi everyone!
Sooo, second nail art of the day, but this one wasn't for me, it was for my Mum. :)
I did a very settle gradient in pink/ peach/ orange.

Colors I've used are:
Orange: Lumene Gloss & Care nr. 29 Quivering
Peach: Lumene Natural Code nr 14 Coral Crush
Pink: Lumene Natural Code nr 17 Funky Flower

After I've done the gradient I added one coat of a slightly glittery polish, also by Lumene Natural Code.

Strawberry Nails

Here comes day 20 of the #Nailartmay challenge on Instagram: Strawberry Nails.
I started with painting all fingers red, then did my first glitter gradient ever! What do you think? :)
And then painted the green "leaves" on the strawberries. I also used some strawberry fimo cane sticks that I bought earlier this year from Thailand. Also that a first timer!
I like the result, especially the glitter gradient, and it looks so much better in real life.

Oh, and I know, when I took the pictures I still hadn't cleaned up the mess on my fingers, therefore some red paint under my thumb etc...

Bright gradient nails

I am so tired of waiting for spring to properly begin. I live in Finland, so we still have some snow on the ground, so depressing! So I decided to start spring anyways with my nails, even though I still have to wear a big winter jacket etc.. So I went with a gradient using three brand new, bright colors from Lumene, out in stores NOW! Also I just went with the middle color of the gradient + some rhinestones & micro beads on one finger.

Colors I've used by Lumene Gloss & Care, from left to right: 29 Quivering, 30 Dandelions and 24 In The Bud

I hope you like it! Happy polishing, xxx.

Golden and light pink gradient manicure

Hi there! Here's my latest manicure, a golden/ light pink gradient. I love the pastel finish. Though it was hard to capture a good picture that really shows the colors. But I can tell you it's a lot more shimmery in reality. I think it's a great style now for spring. :)

Here are the polishes I used for the gradient: (from left) LUMENE gloss & care nr. 35 Preciousness and nr. 8 Glamorous.

Pink gradient nails

Hi everyone!

I did my nails this morning, and here's the result! I've realized that lately I've done a lot of girly summerish designs, and here's another one. I'll try to get some more variety, I promise!
But anyhow, for this one I first made a pink gradient using three different colors, and then stamped on the white flowers.

I hope you like it!

Purple nails with silver grading

I wanted to do a gradient manicure, but do it a little bit different so I decided to do it like a triangle. First I painted all the nails completely purple and after that I painted a silver triangle and did the ages a bit blurry and gradient with a sponge. I hope you like it! :)

Pink Gradient Nails

For this manicure I've used 3 nail polishes by Lumene and one by Rimmel. On top of the gradient I've used glittery nail polish.

Mermaid Nails

Hello there! This is my newest nail art design; it's a turquoise gradient nail design. The scale from turquoise to a greenish-turquoise is actually a lot more varied in real life. On the pictures it almost looks like just one colour with some glitter on at the nail tips.

Multicolor cracked nail design

I have to admit that at first I didn't really like the cracked nail designs that much.. But then I just grew into liking them, bought one for myself and now I'm hooked. It's such an easy nail design trend. Plus it's really fast!

And if you want to spice up your cracked nail design, you can use multiple colours underneath it, as I've done in these pictures. This cracked nail art polish is by Depend.

Gradient nails vol.2

My newest nail art design is a gradient style nail design. It's very summery, I've used two shades of orange and red nail polish. I was lazy and really wasn't in the mood of stamping so I just added some flower stickers. But the stickers are really crappy.. A day later half of them were damaged in some way. So from now on I'm relying on stamping and painting by hand.

Gradient nails

Here are some random old gradient nails I've done in the past. I just found these pictures on my computer.. Enjoy and happy polishing! :)
